🌿 Setup Crew – Thursday, May 28, 8:30 AM
Help prepare the show floor by filling vases with water, covering tables with tablecloths, setting up awards tables, and preparing the arrangement and photography competition areas.
Volunteers Needed: 8, but even more would be better!

🌹 Rose Placement Helpers – Saturday, May 30, 7:00–9:30 AM
Help move roses from staging tables to their correct class locations. Attention to detail is appreciated! All help is welcome.

☕ Refreshments – Saturday, May 30, 7:00 AM
Help keep exhibitors and volunteers energized by bringing a breakfast or snack item. The more the merrier!

🎖️ Clerks for Judging – Saturday, May 30, 9:15 AM–12:00 PM
Assist judges by placing ribbons and recording results. This is a wonderful behind-the-scenes experience, and no experience is needed. A virtual training session will be provided.

💐 Create Arrangements – Saturday, May 30, 9:30 AM–11:30 AM
Be part of a rose show tradition by helping create post-show arrangements. This will be fun, and all help is welcome!

💐 Arrangement Sales – Saturday, May 30, 12:00–3:00 PM
Help sell beautiful post-show arrangements and be part of a new Rose Show tradition. Every helping hand makes a difference!

🧼 Teardown Crew – Saturday, May 30, 4:00–5:00 PM
Help wrap up the show by emptying vases, discarding roses, and packing supplies. Many hands make light work!
